How to be Safe Around Animals!

Know that animals carry germs that can make people sick
Never eat, drink, or put things into your mouth in animal areas
Older adults, pregnant women, and young children should be extra careful around animals
Wash your hands with soap and water right after visiting the animal area

  • Contact with animals may pose a health risk. Food, drink, sippy cups, pacifiers or strollers are only permitted in the picnic shelter.
  • Smoking is not allowed at any location on the property.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property for the safety of your animals and ours. Service animals are welcome provided they do not disrupt the farm animals.
  • Shoes must be worn by all ages at all times on the farm. (Closed toe shoes strongly recommended.)
